Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of eBooks, digital guides, courses, downloads, and other digital content are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products.

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact hello@tanialucely.com. Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Physical Books

All physical book sales are final.

We only replace physical books that arrive damaged during transit or contain a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include photos of the product and packaging.

Lucely, Inc. reserves the right to determine whether a replacement is warranted.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection

• Minor cosmetic variations

• Delayed shipping caused by the carrier

• Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address

Preorders

All preorder purchases are subject to this Refund & Return Policy.

Release dates and shipping timelines are estimates and may be adjusted if necessary.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lucely, Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
