Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks, digital guides, courses, and downloadable content are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for digital products.

In the event of an accidental duplicate purchase, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Physical Books

All sales of physical books are final.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact hello@tanialucely.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage.

If approved, we may provide a replacement at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect product selection

• Delayed shipping caused by carriers

• Minor cosmetic variations

Physical products purchased through our website currently ship within the United States only.

International customers may purchase available physical editions through Amazon.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lucely, Inc. is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the product may not be immediately available for shipment.

All preorder purchases are subject to our standard refund policy.
