Is this book only for single women?
No. While much of the book focuses on dating and choosing the right partner, the lessons on self-worth, standards, boundaries, and emotional intelligence apply whether you're single, dating, in a relationship, engaged, or married.
At its core, this book is about becoming a woman who approaches love with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
How is this different from Deseada y Adorada?
Deseada y Adorada was an 8-week intensive course with 60+ video lessons, 20+ live sessions, a private community, and valuable information spread across all of the content.
The Strict Program takes those same core principles and organizes them into one practical, structured guide you can follow step by step, especially if you are intentionally dating for marriage.
I also share new stories, updated insights, and additional perspectives I have never shared before. My goal was to bring everything together into one book you can return to whenever you need guidance, clarity, or a reminder of your standards.
I also wanted to create something more accessible, and easy to revisit whenever needed, without having to go through hours of videos.
